Mark Rottler’s journey with Rottler Pest Solutions began 15 years ago as a part-time technician while in college. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience in multiple roles, from Field Technician to Inspector, even relocating to Kansas City in 2021 to help expand that market. In January 2025, he returned to St. Louis to take on his biggest role yet – District Sales Manager – where he now leads commercial inspections and account development.
This promotion is a pivotal step in Mark’s path to leadership at Rottler Pest Solutions. In this role, he is focused on driving business growth while honing key leadership skills such as strategic planning, team development, and operational management. “Understanding the intricacies of running the business while contributing to its expansion and success is my main focus,” he says. In addition to growing commercial accounts, he is committed to mentoring the next generation of Rottler employees.
What makes this transition even more meaningful is the opportunity to work alongside his father, Gary Rottler. “I’ve always turned to my dad for advice, but now, being able to work side by side is a privilege I’m grateful for every day,” Mark shares. His dedication and vision solidify his role in shaping Rottler’s future, ensuring the company’s legacy continues to thrive for generations.
