What to Expect During Your Initial Visit
During your initial pest control service visit for residential or commercial, one of our state-licensed exterminators will perform a thorough inspection of your home’s structure, noting visible pest activity and conducive conditions. A copy of the inspection report and service specifications are provided to you after inspection.
Rottler’s Signature Protection program is an ideal home pest control solution that begins with an initial intensive service, consisting of an exterior perimeter treatment as well as a complete interior treatment to gain control of any existing pest problems. Your technician will also:
- Place insect glue monitors around the interior of your home
- Dust pipe chases and attic (if accessible)
- Remove spider webs and eggs
- Inspect light fixtures/areas beneath furniture and treat accordingly
Recurring Treatments for Long Term Relief from Pests
Beyond your initial service, our programs focus on the exterior of the structure where most pest problems originate. For most of our ongoing pest management programs, we will return bi-monthly – beginning the month following your initial service – to inspect for pest activity and treat the exterior of your home. During this time, we apply targeted treatments as needed to treat pests like ants, crickets or spiders that try to invade your home at different times.

During Each Ongoing Service Visit, A Certified Pest Management Specialist Will:
- Inspect and treat the exterior of your home for pest activity
- Remove spider webs and eggs from around your home
- Apply a barrier treatment around the perimeter of your home
- Treat all possible pest entry points (around doors, windows, etc.)
- Check & refill rodent bait stations (if applicable)
- Inspect miscellaneous areas (sheds, decks, swing sets, mailboxes, etc.) and treat accordingly

Don’t Forget to Add Termite Protection
Termite protection, which includes a comprehensive $250,000 damage warranty, may be added to your Signature Protection program for a nominal upcharge*. Monitoring stations are installed flush with the ground around your home’s perimeter and are checked for signs of termite activity at each service visit. Should new termite activity ever be observed, we will render additional termite treatments using all necessary means to eliminate the colony.
*Pending a full termite inspection. Ask your inspector if your home is eligible for termite protection and our structural damage warranty.
