Rottler Pest & Lawn Solutions has won the coveted 2014 Angie’s List Super Service Award again. This esteemed award was presented to us for our consistent high marks in customer service. The requirements to obtain this honor include maintaining an “A” rating in price, professionalism, and punctuality in our overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade. The Angie’s List scoring is similar to school grades ranging from “A-F”; and is based on customer reviews and comments left on the Angie’s List site.
We are especially honored because this award comes from you, our customers. It really means so much to us to know that our customers recognize and appreciate all that we do to help ensure our community is safe from pests. We look forward to continuing the work of freeing Missouri homes and businesses from the wide variety of pests and the dangers they can pose; and to offering safe and reliable pest control options to protect you and your family.
However, the work of pest control never takes a vacation. Now that fall has arrived, it is more important than ever that we double down on efforts to inform the public of fall pest risks and to rid these pests before they end up spending the winter in your home or business or causing any harm.
Most of us are beginning our annual routine of preparing our homes and cars for the arrival of winter’s cold and snowy blast; but how many of you know that it is just as important to prepare for the onslaught of fall pests? Wasps, for example, are at the height of their populations in early fall; however, their food sources are becoming more difficult to find. On top of that, the less aggressive male wasps are dying off leaving only the aggressive, stinging mated females behind to carry on their species. These females are hungry and easy to provoke. They also have the ability to sting multiple times; and they are a close knit group that often comes to each others aid whenever they are threatened. It is not a good idea to handle wasps on your own – especially this time of year.
So while we are proud of our achievement and grateful for your support, the work of pest education and control continues to be our focus and priority; and remember if you are dealing with pest issues this fall, give us a call and experience our award winning service for yourself.
