    1) Inspection: We will conduct a complete interior and exterior inspection of your home including the attic, garage and basement to identify types and areas of infestation and entry points.

    2) Removal: We will take care of properly and humanely trapping and removing any unwelcome wildlife and/or rodents.

    3) Damage Repair & Exclusion: We will clean up any mess (droppings, stored food, nests, etc.) left by your critters and seal off all entry points to harborage areas to ensure that re-entry is not a possibility for additional animals.

Once we have completed all of the above, we will return and reinspect to ensure that our job is done.

We stand behind our wildlife exclusion work with a one year warranty--if you have any additional wildlife issues within that time, simply give us a yell!  We will return and do whatever it takes to keep your home critter-free. After the initial one year period, you have the option of renewing your warranty for ongoing, year-round coverage against wildlife and rodents, guaranteed.
