THE INITIAL SERVICE...

One of our state licensed pest & termite inspectors will perform a thorough inspection of your home’s structure, noting visible pest activity and conducive conditions.  A copy of the inspection report & service specifications will be provided to you.  Rottler’s Signature Protection program is an ideal home pest control solution and begins with an initial intensive service, to consist of a perimeter treatment to the exterior of the structure as well as a full interior treatment to gain control of any existing pest problems. Your technician will also:

• Place insect glue monitors around the interior of your home
• Dust pipe chases & attic (if accessible)
• Vacuum dead insects and remove spider webs
• Inspect light fixtures/beneath furniture and treat accordingly

...AND BEYOND

Beyond your initial service, our programs focus on the exterior of the structure where most pest problems originate.   As part of your ongoing pest management program, we will return every other month, beginning the month following your initial service, to inspect for pest activity and treat the exterior of your home, as well as perform pinpoint treatments as needed as pests like ants, crickets or spiders try to invade your home at different times.

Interior treatment, if needed, may be provided at your request anytime at no additional charge.  Just give us a yell!

AT EACH REGULAR SERVICE WE WILL:

• Inspect and treat the exterior of your home for pest activity
• Remove spider webs and eggs
• Apply a perimeter barrier treatment around your home
• Treat all possible pest entry points (around doors, windows, etc.)
• Check & refill rodent bait stations (if applicable)
• Inspect miscellaneous areas (sheds, decks, swing sets, mailboxes, etc.) and treat accordingly

Termite protection, including a comprehensive $250,000 damage warranty, may be added to your Signature Protection program for a nominal up charge*.  Monitoring stations will be installed flush with the ground around your home’s perimeter, and will be checked for signs of termite activity at each service visit.  Should new termite activity ever be observed, we will render additional termite treatments using all necessary means to eliminate the colony.
