Accounts Receivable Representative

Rottler Pest and Lawn Solutions is currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Accounts Receivable Representatives. Successful candidates should be professional, conscientious, responsible with a mature attitude, friendly and feel that customer satisfaction is primary.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 yrs accounts receivable and general office experience required
  • Knowledge in all aspects of accounts receivable and collections functions
  • Able to complete projects on time and as assigned
  • Proficient in oral and written communications
  • Proficient in use of the Internet, MS Windows and MS Office
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and complete work in a timely fashion
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to adapt easily to changing demands and requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
  • U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to work M-F 8am-5pm, overtime and Saturdays as required
  • Non-Smoker

Rottler Pest & Lawn Solutions is currently seeking women & men to service residential and/or commercial pest control and lawn care routes.

Eligible candidates will:

  • Possess a high school degree or equivalent
  • Be able to read, speak, and comprehend English
  • Be conscientious about paperwork and documentation
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds and use ladders
  • Have excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Be able to prioritize work
  • Have a strong desire to succeed
  • Have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and clean driving recordBe able to work a flexible work schedule, early mornings, evenings and Saturdays as needed
  • Be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States
  • Be at least 18 years old
