- Premium Payment Plan - This program allows our Team Members to contribute to their 401(k) and pay health care premiums before federal income tax and social security tax is withheld. This means less tax and more money to spend.
- Direct Deposit
- Bounty Referral Program - we pay our Team Members $200 for an employee referred and hired by the Company.
- Uniforms - leased and cleaned on a weekly basis. We pay for half of the cost of weekly maintenance on uniforms.
- Paid Vacations - based on a calendar year for all full time employees.
- Paid Holidays - for all full time employees. These include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
- Certified Licensing - we will assist our Team Members in becoming State Licensed and/or Certified when they become eligible. The examination fee and the course of study are paid for by Rottler.
- Employee Discounts - available to full-time employees immediately for our services.
